Dr.Haus began in 2015 with a simple focus: an all-in-one, high-end service for clients who appreciate quality and longevity. We aim to be the most efficient and affordable high-end renovation provider in Queensland.
Our story
A construction family, a higher standard
Dr.Haus grew out of a long family history in construction across multiple fields. That background includes work for nationally renowned four- and five-star German hotel chains and international hotel groups such as Sheraton, Hilton and Radisson Blu, environments where finish, quality and reliability are non-negotiable.
Founded in 2015 and led by Managing Director Bjoern Burmann, Dr.Haus carries that standard into Queensland homes: premium tools, machinery and products, and a refusal to cut corners.
We’re happiest finding solutions for challenging situations, and doing it in a way that keeps your future maintenance costs in mind.

Painting is where we’re known best, but clients keep asking for more: plaster repairs, rendering, waterproofing, tiling, kitchens, bathrooms, even a garage conversion into a home office. Dealing with one contractor instead of scheduling several trades saves time and money.

Where we work
Gold Coast based, serving further afield
Our workshop is in Carrara on the Gold Coast. We regularly work across Brisbane and the Scenic Rim, from Annerley and New Farm to Kooralbyn and Boonah.
